This past weekend I was sitting at my computer answering blogs, (it's important time consuming work), while my wife was working in the kitchen. All of a sudden she said "Grab your camera and get over here." I don't even ask any more. If she says "Get the camera", I get the camera. When I got there this guy was out in the back yard, patiently waiting for someone to toss some goodies his way.
he looks pretty well fed, you must be tossing lots of goodies =0
ReplyDeleteAwwwww, he is kinda cute.
ReplyDeleteYeah, no camera yet--I think I'd better check on it's where abouts. MB
He does, indeed, look like he is begging for goodies.
ReplyDeleteI notice he has got his winter fur on. Around here the squirrels are rounded all over. They look like butterballs. And they even have tuffs of thick white hair behind each ear. They do put on a lot of inner hair for the winter and are nice to see. You have captured that look very well in this photograph. You will have to look at them from the back to see the white hair behind their eats.
ReplyDeleteThat's a great shot, Don! I can't ever get one that good. What a cutie...you know, for a rodent with a tail!
ReplyDeleteI hope you gave him a tidbit for posing so nicely for you!
Have a great day and a great weekend!
He is much fatter than the squirrels in my yard! I actually had to take the screen off of my back door because they were climbing up it trying to get to the feeder and tearing the screen. They also would pee on the door--disgusting! I'm not sure why they are so obsessed with the feeder when there are hundreds of acorns on the ground right now falling from my oak trees.
ReplyDeleteSo, what did it get?
ReplyDeleteCute!
Thanks all!
ReplyDeleteWe were about to feed him but the neighbors beat us to it.
