Scenic Sunday - Olympia Eastside View

On a Scenic Sunday I thought I'd share this shot from the eastside of Olympia looking west through part of downtown and on to the Capitol.

  1. Right, no clear skies here. It's been raining a lot, as you know! Plus wind, lightning, etc. I didn't get back till after dark, but I'll enjoy it tomorrow, too, I'll bet. It was fun to see some cactus and dry hills in Southern California, but I'm very glad to be back here!

I see the trees are still dotting the hillsides in Olympia with gorgeous colors.

  5. Fantastic colors. This is the kind of photo one has to look at carefully for there's so much to see and absorb.

  7. tapirgal: Yes the color is still here, but it's fading fast.

    Small City Scenes: I agree.

    Lois: Thank you

cieldequimper: We are lucky to live in such a beautiful area.

Jacob: You go from residential to downtown businesses then in the distance the Capitol Campus. I guess there is quite the variety.

Hilda: Thank you Hilda. That evergreen is a small one compared to some here.
