For this week's Floral Friday contribution I thought I would share with you this tower of poinsettia from the Seymour Conservatory in Tacoma.

  1. Quite amazing isn't it. Pointsettias are not my favorite plant---although they are quite beautiful. I spent too many years propagating them. Sticky fun. MB

  2. I think the tower looks nice but I am not a fan of the poinsettia as they hang around way too long after the holidays.

  3. I have watched some worker-bees assembling these remarkable floral trees. They brighten up the atmosphere, don't they. Can't have Christmas without poinsettias!

  4. That's impressive. I don't think I've ever seen a poinsettia "tower" before!

We have poinsettias in our back yard and they're coming nicely with the cooler weather.

It's freezing here! 50 degrees at 10 AM! In the 30s tonight! Ugh!

  5. Are you sure that's a tower? I'd call it a poinsettia tree!
Not my favourite flowers yet I would definitely love this in the garden I don't have!
