This is a neat shot. Makes me want to go exploring with my camera at the nature preserve.
Reply to Don and Krise... No, not an extension tube. This screws on the end of the lens like all filters do. You should not use an extension tube -- I mean you can if you want to but the filters or magnifiers screwed on the lens like a filter are what I use and have since I bought them in 1954 in Japan.
Again, this is very similar to our swampy areas...we have many of what we call boardwalks through mangrove swamps and other watery places -- great fun. This is truly a wonderful nature trail!
Wonderful shot. It must be wonderful to walk along this trail.
ReplyDeleteOf course it is. As long as it isn't trolls, you're fine!

I bet Faeries live there. Gnomes have those pointy hats and couldn't fit in there. MB
ReplyDeleteI like that wooden walkway - Cool shot for WW!

ReplyDeleteIf it was in Borneo, I would be worried about snakes and poisonous insects.
ReplyDeletecieldequimper: Those pesky trolls.
ReplyDeleteSmall City Scenes: I forgot about the hats. :-(
Jacob: Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed it. There are several more in our area we'll be checking out.
Ann: Borneo, NO THANKS! :-0
