No windows? That's odd - sunshine helps me think! LoL!
There is no place for windows in a building like that. There may be some light coming in from above though and maybe even an atrium in the center??? Anyway I enjoyed your series of photos on the college.
I see . . . no space. I hope they get natural light from the top!

No windows...ugh, just like my underground office space. I have to monitor online weather and traffic cams to make sure aliens haven't invaded the planet during my shift.
How can one look out and daydream? ;)
