It's a Hard Knock Life

Guess what? We picked up my Mother in Law's puppy today. First on the agenda, a bath with good old oatmeal shampoo. Next, on to her new home where she had a bowl of food. This, is what happened shortly after her meal. So far life's not too tough for this little girl. Next, Mom gets to name her. Actually she's of the belief that once she gets to know her, the dog will name herself. Right now it would be "Sleepy ".

  1. In my next life, I want to come back as a good who is loved. That is one cute puppy! Congratulations.

  2. Whoops. That should have said "dog who is loved." A little dyslexia this morning. Sorry!

  3. tapirgal Says:

Arrrg! Cuteness injection. And with no warning sign!

  4. We have a saying in French for a hard life: "une vie de chien" ie a dog's life! This is so cute!

  5. Sweet! Your mother-in-law is right about pets naming themselves.

  6. Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!! What a great shot. What a face!! Love it. MB

  7. Jacob Says:

Sheesh! This must be what they call "a dog's life." Not a bit spoiled, is she?

But what a cutie. Oatmeal shampoo? Never heard of that. Did she get a little oatmeal for breakfast, too?

    "Sleepy" sounds just about perfect!

  8. Aw, how cute!

  9. Lois Says: wore her out! What a cutie!

  10. brian stout Says:

I am such a pushover for puppies! This makes me want another dog, but my 3 are plenty :)

  11. gogouci Says:

    Cutest puppy ever!

  12. Janet Kincaid: Puppy gotcha a little excited huh??

tapirgal: That's right, now just stand there and take it.

cieldequiper: Cute is international isn't it?

Ramblin Round: Yep, and thanks for stopping by.

Small City Scenes: Yeah, you need 2 or 3 of those yourself MB.

Jacob: Wash a little, eat a little and so on.

Rob and Mandy: Yeah, until she gets to be over 100 lbs.

    Lois: It's a tough job.

brian: Three huh? Big ones or small ones?

gogouci: That's what Mom thinks too. Thanks!
