Smile Santa

Monday, December 14, 2009

A couple of days ago I showed you this photo of Santa's backside and the top of our youngest daughter's head. I had a request to try a little harder and post a better shot of the two of them. So, if you can put up with the frosty breath on the left of this photo here's a better shot of the two of them.

Precious memories are made of such moments, aren't they? Thanks for sharing. And you're so right about our suite of rooms in Ridgeland, Mississippi!

  2. Ahhhhh sweet shot. Thanks and thank her and Santa for posing for us.

More snow on my blog. MB

I take it the request did not come from Santa but from the budding photo model on the right,

  4. So cute! I bet she was as happy as she looks!

  5. Hi, I found you through Lois at Tallahasee Photo. I LOVE your blog. My husband and I, in our travels often pass through Olympia, and have performed in that city on occasion.

    YOur blog is really fun.

Very cute. Is she thrilled to be meeting Santa, or is she "too old" for that? She seems to enjoy the experience. I know it used to be magical for me until I was a bit past the age when some kids care about that. It was always fun. I'm sure that Santa was never on a fire truck, though!

Your daughter is beautiful. Santa, on the other hand, looks a bit bedraggled and I don't think he's seeing too well out of one eye. Maybe he had a long day.

  8. Lynette: Yes they are.

Small City Scenes: Thank you too. ;-)

Beth Niquette: Thank you so much for stopping by and do let us know if you're headed through this area.

Fun is what it's all about isn't it?

AB: No, actually Mary Beth over at Small City Scenes put the thumbscrews to me to post it. Boy, she can be tough!

cieldequimper: She's a neat kid. It really takes very little to make her smile.

tapirgal: Oh, she's not too old yet. There's a lot of kid left in that kid. Almost as much as in me! :-)

Jacob: Thank you, I appreciate that. Yeah, Santa looks like the morning after the night before.

Sweet! And lol at the frosty breath. ;)
