On the heels of yesterday's post, I thought I'd show you one more shot from a local carnival. Due to the rain there wasn't much going on but we thought it still provided a pretty good photo op.

Vivid variety--wow! About the stone house, I looked at the other photos that I took of it, all pretty blurry in parts, but it does appear that someone lives there.
I don't know if I've ever seen a carnival as interestingly painted and this. You can hardly say it's not colorful, either!
That is some splash of color! Very nice! Too bad the carnival was rained out - I hope they had some activity at some point!
Ooh, that is so extravagantly colorful, I love it!
Wow that is colorful. I wonder if they have a 'rainy day' clause in their contract. MB
I love all that color!
A very colourful one!
Oh so very colorful!
Brilliant! Your photo, that is! But for all the brightly saturated colors, there is something a bit menacing about it. Maybe it wasn't the rain that kept people away? ;-)
Thanks everyone. We thought it was pretty unique looking too.
Jacob: Yeah, there are one or two pretty scary looking characters on there.
It is a bit colorful!
i love the vibrant colors! i guess that's the next best thing to the real mardi gras =) i've never been to MG but hope to go some time!
