Chihuli at Seymour

Tuesday, March 16, 2010

I realized that even though I've shown you other photos of both the Seymour Conservatory and Dale Chihuly's amazing glass art I realized I hadn't posted one of our favorites. I'm going to show you one more amazing find from the conservatory in tomorrow's post that I'm sure you'll find very appropriate for the day.

Fantastic. How often does one need to water this particular plant?

Oh wow. I love Chihuly's work and this is gorgeous! This looks like it's underwater!

Incredible color. When I first saw it come up I thought it was a real plant!

    Are you a pianist?

Never saw a Chihuly piece I didn't like.

They have Chihuli at Shaw's Garden in St Louis, too. My uncle was there a few years ago & took several pics - They really display them beautifully!
I really like that pic, too, w/ the flowers at the base!

I also thought it was a real plant - only the most amazing I had every seen. It's just as cool being a piece of Chihuly's art. I agree with B Squared.
