Watery Wednesday - Fish & Flowers

Wednesday, March 3, 2010

As you can tell from various previous posts such as here and here, The Seymour Conservatory in Tacoma is one of our favorite places to go every couple of months or so. The theme and flowers change about that often and it is always a great place to photograph. One area that doesn't change is the fish pond. It's been there for many years. It's just one more thing that makes the Conservatory such a relaxing place.

Beauty of a shot. Scenery is very tropical and relaxing. I live near the Oregon Garden which is still in its infancy but it has been neat to watch the trees and gardens grow each season.

So tranquil! I see they don't want you to throw any coins in there. Maybe the fish try to eat them!

  3. Calm and lush, lovely!

Beautiful spot! And such a wonderful variety of plants! I love how it looks both wild and cultivated at the same time.

Hope you guys are okay and are just taking a break. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!
