Sunday June 21st is Father's Day, and I think most fathers will agree with me. It doesn't really matter what you do on Father's Day. It's who you spend it with. Here's hoping all the fathers out there have a wonderful Father's Day.
I spent it on photography and on the 7 or 8 blogs I do and also took a short nap. It was a suffocating day -- the heat and humidity was striking compared to the beautiful day we had yesterday.
I see you were out and about on the bike and the sign you photographed look great. I like those signs or that style. We used to do them in abbraded redwood.
Looks like you had a cookout. When we do there are usually only hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill.
Abe: Spending it on photography is a good thing, plus once you post those photos on your blogs the rest of us get to enjoy your work. I really like stopping by your blogs, and I thank you for stopping by ours.
What a great sentiment! And by the way, thanks for visiting today and thanks so much for your updating link on your blog! I should do more of those. They are fun! I really appreciate it.
tapirgal: No problem at all. I enjoy following your blog. Interesting writing & beautiful photography. My wife and I have been through Astoria but would like to come back and spend a little more time there. Thank you for a view through your lens. ;)
This is our first blog, a daily (whenever possible) photo blog of our state capitol and surrounding area. Most photos were taken by me, however my wife will sneak one in from time to time.
Believe it or not, I got it all wrong. I gave my Dad a present and a card... last week!!!!! ;-)
Oops! You know what? He probably didn't even care that you were a week off.
Superb collage, y'all. Happy Father's Day a day early. Hope your entire weekend is grand!
Lynette: Thank you!
My sentiments exactly. Hoping you're having a great weekend.

gogouci: It'll be a good one for sure. You too.
