Not too far from downtown Olympia is Priest Point Park. A beautiful, well maintained park with wonderful trails to walk, lots of moss covered trees, rhododendron, fern & a variety of flowers. It is also home to a wide variety of fish, birds, squirrels, fox & more. For more info and history of Priest Point Park click here.
Beautiful shot. I just took an almost identical picture of Little Pilchuck river---I'll have to post it soon and we will probably see that they don't look alike at all. LOL MB
This is our first blog, a daily (whenever possible) photo blog of our state capitol and surrounding area. Most photos were taken by me, however my wife will sneak one in from time to time.
My kind of place. Beautifully framed image.

It is nice...
Babooshka & Siva: Thank you. It really is nice there.
MB: That's funny. Now you're going to have to post it.
Ah it does look like it's a lovely place, the colour of the water is fantastic. Great shot, too!
I would like to lay a nice, thick blanket on the opposite blanket and watch the water go by. What a beautiful spot!
