Those of you that have been following along on our sometimes strange journey are at least familiar with our Boston Terrorist
Muffy. First of all the name doesn't quite fit as we have witnessed her try to take out a Great Dane at the dog park without even hesitating. So, when we told my wife's friend we would dog-sit her Dachshund named Boo-Boo we weren't quite sure how it was all going to work out. Those two ended up acting like long lost brother and sister. As you can see we had them sharing the same lead. Just when you think you know your dog.......

Yep, you never know about them four-legged friends. They do look cute together. MB
Ah, the joys of baby-sitting. The come in all shapes and sizes, don't they? I love this photo!
That Dachshund, Boo-Boo, looks like he is messed up with a Beagle. LOL A beautiful pair and I don't understand dogs at all but love them to pieces.
Audrey is on Pick a Peck of Pixels. You saw her with green peas all over her face. Now, see her at 9 with her hair blowing in the wind. Be part of history. Become a Follower or leave a comment. Tell you friends. Link up. Pick a Peck of Pixels
awww... muffy and boo boo! =)
A darling pair, dahling! Boo-boo is kinda wondering what you are up to...but it's a terrific photo. Love dogs!
Abe: I'm with you Abe. We've seen dapple dachshunds before, but not like this one. Also this dog doesn't just bark, he bays. I was guessing beagle too.
Brian: I know, sounds like Paris Hilton's daughters or something. ;-}
I imagine they will now be inseperable!
Oh my gosh they are too cute together! Love their names too.
Cute -- and you're right. My dog Latte spent the day with my friend's boyfriend's 3-yr old golden retriever. Latte is a 13 year old bichon frise who has always been terrified of bigger dogs. But they got along famously according to all reports.
And yes, Tacoma Art Museum is a great place to visit on hot days. There's a cafe and everything. Right now there's a focus on studio jewelry and the Neddy Awards for 2009, as well as an exhibit of things in the collection. I recommend visits to the Glass Museum when it's cooler, at least if you're a fan of the hot shot. It's aptly named.
Thanks again everyone for the kind "dog luvin" comments. They're a couple of crazy pooches.
Meri: Thanks for the tips. I've been to the glass museum once. The hot shop is a neat place to sit and watch.
Love how th dog sitting turned out. Even when we rally think we know our dogs they can change in an instant. The terroist looks like she's in charge.
